1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Everify Data mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, transaction PIN, and any activities or actions under your account.

3. Service Description

Everify Data provides a digital payment platform that enables users to:

• Purchase airtime and data bundles
• Subscribe to cable TV services
• Make electricity bill payments
• Transfer funds to bank accounts
• Fund and manage a digital wallet

4. Transaction PIN & Security

All transactions require a 4-digit transaction PIN for authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN. You must not share your PIN with anyone. Everify Data will never ask for your PIN via email, phone, or any other channel outside the application. If you suspect unauthorized use of your PIN, you must change it immediately through the app settings.

5. Payment Terms

All transactions processed through the Service are final once confirmed. You agree to verify all transaction details, including recipient information and amounts, before confirming any payment. Service fees may apply to certain transactions and will be clearly displayed before confirmation. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable regulations.

6. Wallet Funding

You may fund your Everify Data wallet through supported payment methods. Wallet balances do not earn interest. We reserve the right to impose minimum and maximum limits on wallet balances and transaction amounts. Withdrawals are subject to verification and applicable fees.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the application
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or create multiple accounts
• Facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Everify Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for transactions in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
